There are many way to get more involved here at Asbury, below are just a few. Let us know which ones you would like more information on by calling the church office (859) 441-1466, Monday thru Friday, 9am to 1pm.
Better Together: Meets Wednesday evenings at 7pm, starting Sept. 11 in-person or on zoom, in the chapel room. Becoming more like Christ is something we can only do with other people. This is a community where we will learn to pray and read the Bible slowly together. Led by Pastor Cambron.
Men’s Study Group: Meets Saturdays from 8:00 - 9:30am at the church. Study topics vary and may include Scripture, Christian books, catechisms, and other Bible-based Christian themes. Group leaders alternate. Member participation during group discussions is encouraged. There is also time for the men to socialize and share their lives from the past week, as well as their concerns and prayers. New members will be welcomed. Contact Terry Marshall
Women’s Discipleship Group: Meets Wednesday evenings at 7pm in Joy Classroom. A group for women to reflect on scripture, be encouraged, and grow more like Christ together. Led by Teresa Moreland.
Tuesday Discipleship Group: Meets Tuesday evenings at 6pm in Joy classroom. A group to reflect on scripture, be encouraged, and grow more like Christ together. Led by Marianne Marshall.

Financial Peace University: In October, we are planning on offering Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University course for those who are interested, FPU doesn't teach money like everyone else (aka, the boring, confusing and just plain stupid advice that’s kept you broke). FPU hangs their hats on the proven biblical principles that work for anyone. With FPU, you’ll get:
> Practical lessons, not just a bunch of useless theories.
> Simple, straightforward teaching that isn’t way over your head
> Guided steps so you always know what to do next with your money
There is a fee of $80 per couple or person (the church is willing to sponsor those who need help with the cost). First date and time to be determined. Led by Bill Bentley.
Thursday Morning Small Group: Starting Oct. 13 at 9am. More details soon on what the group will be studying. Led by Marsha Berry and Deanna Bentley.
